DEFEND U Self Defense Seminar
October 7th 10am-12pm @ TWCC Olive Campus Upper Room
A fun engaging self defense class for women! Teaches basics for defending oneself and how to be alert to potentially dangerous situations. Great class for women and girls ages 12 and up. Taught by current and former Fresno County Sheriff Officers and a long time Martial Arts practitioner. Cost is $10 per person.
